As a new immigrant and first-time homebuyer, buying a home can be pretty much overwhelming. He was vested in our interest as much as we were, going above and beyond to get us the home we wanted within our budget. His genuine personality and transparency broke any doubts we had. As a young couple, my wife and I approached excel to build our home. The process was great from beginning to end, from picking out all our fixtures and finishes, to seeing our beautiful home being built was an amazing feeling. It took a little longer than a normal build. Upwards of 10 months... but the finished product is beautiful. The project managers are on the ball so far, after a few weeks being in our home we are genuinely happy. Our neighbours that built with excel say the same thing. Hope the rest of our relationship is smooth with the landscaping and concrete too come. Can’t wait until our community is complete. It’s very pretty to walk our dog around and lots of young family’s. it’s a very “homey” feeling. Thank you excel, thank you Faryn and Grant!

I recently purchased a new home with Excel Homes, with the help of Grant Aberdeen and Verna Cristina. They looked after everything and I felt “stress free” throughout this process. Its a significant experience to buy a house in Edmonton with an amazing sales person Amber Amritwar. Although the house we ended up purchasing was during the Covid-19 time, all the things he suggested are valuable and worthy. Excel Homes did great work too and delivered our property on time to us as they promised. We highly recommend Amber as a Sales executive and Excel Homes as a Builder.
